These terms apply when you use xplorevietnam.org, create an XploreVietnam Navigator account or buy a service from XploreVietnam. By doing so you agree to them. Questions: info@xplorevietnam.org.
Our services
Each service and package includes what is described on its page at the time you buy it. We prepare and submit applications on your behalf and follow them up. Visas, work permits, residence cards and other permissions are decided by the Vietnamese authorities, so we cannot guarantee an outcome or a processing time.
Your part
You agree to give us information and documents that are accurate, complete and genuine, and to reply to our requests in good time. Delays or refusals caused by missing, expired or inaccurate documents are outside our control.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars and are charged securely through Stripe.
- Where a service shows a deposit (for example, part at booking and the rest after your application is submitted), the balance is due at that stage.
- Government and official fees are paid to the relevant Vietnamese authority at cost. They are not included in our price unless the service page says they are.
Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Navigator
Navigator is free to use. Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Checklists, calculators and guides in Navigator and on this website are general guidance to help you plan. They are not legal or tax advice, and rules in Vietnam change often, so check with us before you act on them.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions or delays of government offices, for losses caused by inaccurate information or documents you provide, or for indirect losses.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you buy a service applies to that purchase.
