How Much Will It Cost?
The cost can vary based on individual circumstances and the specific services you need. Typically, a basic package costs around $1,500 USD per person, covering essentials like visa support, housing assistance, and orientation. Customized packages with additional services may have higher costs, and we’ll work with you to find the best solution for your needs.
How Soon Can I Move? What Is the Process?
Start by visiting our "Book a Call" section to answer a few questions about your situation. This helps us prepare for your consultation. During the consultation, we discuss your needs and goals. You’ll receive a quotation within 48 hours. Once you’re satisfied with the plan, we can begin your visa application (this is usually the longest part of the process).
What Documents Do I Need?
Moving to Vietnam requires the following documents:
- Valid passport
- Proof of employment or income
- Educational certificates (for teaching or business-related visas)
- Medical records or health insurance proof
- Criminal background check
- Recent passport-sized photos
We’ll provide a detailed list based on your situation to ensure you have everything in order.
Is the Entire Process Handled In-House?
We manage the majority of the process in-house. However, some countries have regulations that limit direct foreign involvement in certain aspects. In such cases, we partner with trusted agencies to ensure top-quality service, overseeing everything for a seamless experience.
How long does it take for a foreigner to establish a company in Vietnam?
Once all applications and supporting documents are ready, the process usually takes about three weeks. Here's the timeline: the first two weeks are for obtaining the Investment Registration Certificate (IRC), followed by one week for the Enterprise Registration Certificate (ERC). The quicker you provide the necessary details and documents, the sooner the company can be established. The process starts as soon as all required information is submitted.
Is Healthcare Included in the Package?
Healthcare is not included in the relocation package. However, we can recommend the best healthcare options available, including top hospitals, clinics, and affordable health insurance providers in Vietnam. We'll guide you to ensure you have access to the care you need.
